Cum trebuie s\u0103 abord\u0103m curricula din \u0219coli \u0219i ce impact va avea tehnologia asupra educa\u021biei \u00een viitor? Vom arunca o privire asupra acestui aspect \u00een cele ce urmeaz\u0103.<\/strong><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De ce trebuie s\u0103 schimb\u0103m curricula?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ne uit\u0103m la lumea din jur, vedem robo\u021bi, automatizare \u0219i inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 peste tot. Aceste elemente nu mai reprezint\u0103 doar o imagine din Star Trek sau dintr-un oarecare film SF. Privind aspectele legate de for\u021ba de munc\u0103 a viitorului, ne d\u0103m seama c\u0103 s-a \u00eenceput o automatizare, o informatizare a ei, unde robo\u021bii \u0219i inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103, treptat, o s\u0103 ia locul oamenilor. Societatea trebuie s\u0103 fie preg\u0103tit\u0103 pentru o asemenea schimbare, la fel \u0219i sistemul educa\u021bional. Sistemul, poate, cel mai inflexibil cu privire la schimbare. Cauzele sunt multiple \u0219i, \u00een general, graviteaz\u0103 \u00een jurul sub finan\u021b\u0103rii, a lipsei de speciali\u0219ti \u0219i a discu\u021biilor deschise \u0219i oneste din domeniul public. Acestea sunt \u00eentreb\u0103ri la care trebuie g\u0103site r\u0103spunsuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum trebuie s\u0103 schimb\u0103m curricula ? <\/strong><br\/><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Accentul trebuie mutat de pe memorare spre rezolvarea problemelor, g\u00e2ndirii creative, spre promovarea lucrului \u00een echip\u0103 \u0219i spre asimilarea deprinderilor digitale, de IT. \u00cen cazul deprinderilor digitale, s-au f\u0103cut pa\u0219i de implementare, poate \u00eentr-un mod gre\u0219it, insist\u00e2nd pe utilizarea tehnologiilor, \u00een locul cre\u0103rii acestora. Limbile str\u0103ine ajut\u0103 la dep\u0103\u0219irea barierelor dintre oameni \u0219i dezvolt\u0103 personalitatea individului. Acest aspect este valabil pentru toate materiile umaniste \u0219i cred c\u0103 aici este cheia men\u021binerii lor \u00een curricula reg\u00e2ndit\u0103 a viitorului. Istoria trebuie s\u0103 se bazeze pe conexiuni \u00eentre evenimente, \u00een\u021belegerea lor \u0219i a lumii \u00een care tr\u0103im. Geografia trebuie s\u0103 abordeze probleme de maxim\u0103 importan\u021b\u0103 pentru lume, precum poluarea sau \u00eenc\u0103lzirea global\u0103. Artele nu trebuie percepute ca o ap\u0103rare a tradi\u021biilor sau a status-quo-ului existent \u00een curricula de azi, sunt elementele vie\u021bii noastre de zi cu zi, care reprezint\u0103 creativitatea, inova\u021bia \u0219i viziunea, elemente ce completeaz\u0103 lumea ultra tehnologizat\u0103.<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exemple de implementare a tehnologiei \u00een educa\u021bie<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen secolul al XXI-lea nu este nici o noutate, cel pu\u021bin \u00een \u021b\u0103rile care investesc \u00een educa\u021bie, ca \u00een sistemul educa\u021bional s\u0103 ai prezente elemente ale tehnologiei. \u00cen ceea ce urmeaz\u0103, o s\u0103 arunc\u0103m o privire asupra c\u00e2torva modalit\u0103\u021bi prin care tehnologia poate influen\u021ba sistemul educa\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O prim\u0103 modalitate const\u0103 prin utilizarea \u00een mod activ a tehnologiei. Prin intermediul acestora pot dezbate probleme din via\u021ba real\u0103 sau discuta, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu profesorii lor \u0219i cu colegii din lumea \u00eentreag\u0103, despre teme, opinii, tr\u0103iri, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crearea educa\u021biei bazate pe tehnologie trebuie s\u0103 formeze munca \u00een echip\u0103, ce se bazeaz\u0103 pe debate, discu\u021bii \u0219i \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 stabilirea unor rapoarte bazate pe democra\u021bie \u00een cadrul grupului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"175\" src=\"http:\/\/gcosbuc.ro\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/image5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3354\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profesor ca coach<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin adoptarea \u0219i implementarea elementelor tehnologice, profesorii devin doar antrenori. Activitatea lor nu se rezum\u0103 la a preda doar informa\u021bii, ei ghideaz\u0103 \u0219i sprijin\u0103 elevii \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile de la clas\u0103. Profesorii ajut\u0103 la dob\u00e2ndirea unor deprinderi \u00een cercetare, rezolvarea problemelor \u0219i \u00een luarea deciziilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profesorii trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 elevii nu \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 doar concepte, ei trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u0219i s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 resursele informatice, digitale. Pentru asta elevii au nevoie de g\u00e2ndire critic\u0103 \u0219i de deprinderi de a rezolva probleme, de a g\u0103si solu\u021bii \u00een diferitele situa\u021bii. Profesorii \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe elevi s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 mai bine lucrurile \u0219i le asigur\u0103 feedback constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>G\u00e2nduri finale<\/strong><br\/><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Predarea este familiarizarea elevilor cu o multitudine de concepte noi despre care ei nu \u0219tiau. Implementarea tehnologiei \u00een predarea de zi cu zi la clas\u0103 este o incursiune \u00een lumea inven\u021biilor moderne, unde profesorul trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu elevul explorator \u0219i s\u0103-l \u00eendrume \u00een acest voiaj. Programele \u0219i diferitele platforme educa\u021bionale sau internetul nu sunt \u00a0amenin\u021b\u0103ri pentru activitatea profesorilor, ci mai degrab\u0103 teritorii neexplorate, care asigur\u0103 dezvoltarea elevilor dar \u0219i a profesorilor.
