This summer, I believe the most frequent question I asked myself was: What should I do in the city I know so well? Here are some suggestions to spice up your life in Cluj-Napoca. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

If you are fed up with the everyday breakfast you have at home and want to start your morning differently, a good place for brunch would be Roots Urban Tastery<\/b>. It\u2019s the perfect spot to daydream your life away. My go-to choice is \u2019Avo Garden\u2019, next to a fresh cup of coffee.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After you have finally fully woken up, you must definitely go sightseeing. Here are three exciting options that you can do alone, to have a moment with yourself, or together with a loved one.<\/p>\n

  1. History is an important part of each one of us. It is what shapes our society, so it is our duty to understand and respect it. The Jewish Museum, \u2019Muzeon\u2019,<\/b> is the place where hundreds of Jews are honored. It\u2019s a necessary and unique experience which each one of us should go through to better understand those times.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Like history, art has its special place in the admiration and understanding of life. White Cuib<\/b> is the place where feelings don\u2019t have to be spoken out loud to be understood. It is a private art gallery which gives countless artists the opportunity to express themselves and showcase their talent and views.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"\"<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The Reactor Theater<\/b> is the place where\u00a0 brilliant minds have created countless wonderful performances of soulful words. Reactor is an organization which helps Cluj-Napoca grow through its theater. You need to take a look at the indescribable work of these young stars!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \"\"<\/p>\n

        For lunch, I decided to combine practicality with pleasure. So, I\u2019m suggesting a brilliant pasta place right next to the first mentioned attraction. The Tortelli<\/b> restaurant makes the best Aglio Olio e Peperoncino pasta that I have ever tasted. It is my go to place because it\u2019s not only toothsome, but the unique people and the overall great atmosphere leave you with an exquisite aftertaste.<\/p>\n

        \"\"<\/p>\n

        Tea, coffee and painting are three things that relax me at any time of the day and Ceramic Cafe<\/b> offers them all. I believe that, after such a tasty lunch, giving your imagination free reign for a few hours is the ideal activity. This is the all-time place where caffeine and creativity go hand in hand!<\/p>\n

        \"\"<\/p>\n

        Finally, we arrived at my favorite part: dinner. Now, I want to offer you two of my favorite options, both devilishly delicious.<\/p>\n

        1. Samsara Foodhouse<\/b> is the one restaurant with the perfect summer outdoor terrace. It only serves vegetarian food, but coming from someone who eats meat, this restaurant offers a huge variety. My personal favourite is their guacamole.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \"\"<\/p>\n

          1. My second go-to, a classic, yet still one of my all-time favorites: Storia<\/b>, the restaurant with the best pizza in town. The fairytale-like atmosphere, the imposing architecture surrounding it and, finally but most importantly, the unique culinary taste give you the impression that you are truly dining in Italy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            To end the evening right, one of the most known and beloved activities of the Cluj-Napoca residents is walking up the Cet\u0103\u021buia Hill<\/b>. It’s a special feeling when you reach the top and take a breath of peace, feeling on top of the world. Although it can sometimes get crowded, especially during the hot season, it will always hold a special place in my heart.<\/p>\n
